Service Description

This service is for businesses or organisations who would like the benefit of having a Counsellor on call for their team. Perhaps you have been looking at an Employee Assistance Program or you just want to be able to offer your team a better level of support than most do. After all, research has shown that for every £1 spent on employee wellbeing, there is a £5 return due to the improved wellbeing via the support, feeling valued, more motivated and productive. By paying a monthly subscription fee, you will have a Counsellor available to signpost any of your team to when they need professional help. The Monthly cost covers a set number of available sessions per calendar month. Costs start from as little as £50, and any additional sessions are charged at reduced rate too. There are Bronze, Silver and Gold Life plans; should you need a higher level of support then we can discuss a Diamond Life plan for you.
