Your First Men’s Retreat and mine too, so this one is a bit of a trial run, hence the affordable (cheap) price!! Where: The Wisp Retreat, Teviothead, near Hawick, TD9 0LP, Scottish Borders When: Friday 14th – Sunday 16th November 2025 Cost: £150 Why this? Why now? Because you need it. And its something I want to offer blokes. I've attended retreats and I know that if you find one that works for you, it helps change your game. Maybe you feel stuck. Just going through the motions. Maybe you’re aimless, burnt out, or wondering “is this it?” This isn’t some yoga-infused spiritual cult. It’s just a group of men stepping away from the rat race to pause, breathe, and learn. Learn about yourself. Learn tools you can actually use when you get back home. What you’ll get: A reset: time away from noise, stress, and screens. Clarity: space to figure out what actually matters to you. Direction: simple tools and techniques that stick. A 30-day journal: to keep you accountable and help new habits bed in. Why me? Why you? I’m not offering theory from a textbook. I’ve lived it. I’ve battled my demons, hit rock bottom, and got sober. I’ve built and sold a business. I’ve become a husband, a dad, and—most importantly—I’ve learned to like the bloke I see in the mirror. The framework for this retreat is simple: The Basics. When you strip away the noise and get back to the basics, life gets clearer. The Details: Starts Friday 14th Nov, arrive from 2pm, finishes Sunday 16th Nov by 5pm. Affordable (£150) and realistic (no week off work needed). Men only. Real talk. No bullshit. Space for 10 people, age 18+ And I want men who will come with an open mind and a warm vibe. And also be my guinea pig!! Because this is my first ever retreat. I’ve been on them before but I’ve not ran one before. So those who attend, all I ask is, come with an open mind, try new things and also give me feedback on it all. My plan is to make this retreat a frequent event because men need this more than ever. So I invite you to embrace the initial discomfort in spending the weekend with me and some other strangers, and I'll bet you'll leave refreshed and have a new bunch of mates too.
