The last Men’s Retreat sold out. Dates for 2027 are: February 5th - 7th June 11th - 13th So what's it all about then? The Where: The Wisp Retreat, Teviothead, near Hawick, TD9 0LP, Scottish Borders The When: next one is Friday 5th Feb to Sunday 7th Feb 2027 The Cost: £300 The Why: Because maybe you just need it. A break. A change of scenery. Less noise. See it as a circuit-breaker. I've attended plenty of retreats so I know that if you find one that works for you, it helps change your game. Maybe you feel stuck. Just going through the motions. Maybe you’re aimless, burnt out, or wondering “is this it?” This isn’t some yoga-infused spiritual cult. It’s just a group of men stepping away from the rat race to pause, breathe, and learn. Learn about yourself. Learn tools you can actually use when you get back home. We will eat together, talk together, move together but you will also not be obliged to take part in any rigid agenda. You need escape from that too, I get it, so there'll be plenty free time. What you’ll get: A reset: time away from noise, stress, and screens. Clarity: space to figure out what actually matters to you. A Life MOT audit. New things: to try (if you want to). Direction: simple tools and techniques that stick. A 30-day journal: to keep you accountable and help new habits bed in. A tribe of fella's to offer support & friendships. Why me? Why you? I’m not offering theory from a textbook. I’ve lived it. I’ve battled my demons, hit rock bottom, and got sober in 2009. I’ve then built and sold a business. During that, I married, had 3 kids, so I know the stress & struggles. But most importantly, I’ve learned to like the bloke I see in the mirror. The framework for this retreat is simple: The Basics. When you strip away the noise and get back to the basics, life gets clearer. The Weekend Details: Starts on the Friday, arrive from 2pm. Ends on the Sunday, check-out by 2pm. It's men only. No bullshit. No booze. No sex, drugs or rock n roll either!! Space for 10 people, age 18+ Come with a warm vibe and an open mind. I invite you to embrace the initial discomfort in spending the weekend with me and some other strangers, and I'll bet you'll leave refreshed, with a perspective shift and have a new bunch of mates too.
