The first Men’s Retreat for Nov25 has sold out. So here's the next one. Where: The Wisp Retreat, Teviothead, near Hawick, TD9 0LP, Scottish Borders When: Friday 6th – Sunday 8th March 2025 Cost: £390 Why this? Why now? Because you need it. And its something I want to offer blokes. I've attended retreats and I know that if you find one that works for you, it helps change your game. Maybe you feel stuck. Just going through the motions. Maybe you’re aimless, burnt out, or wondering “is this it?” This isn’t some yoga-infused spiritual cult. It’s just a group of men stepping away from the rat race to pause, breathe, and learn. Learn about yourself. Learn tools you can actually use when you get back home. We will eat together, talk together, move together but you will also not be oblliged to take part in any rigid agenda. You need escape from that too, I get it, so there'll be plenty free time. What you’ll get: A reset: time away from noise, stress, and screens. Clarity: space to figure out what actually matters to you. Direction: simple tools and techniques that stick. A 30-day journal: to keep you accountable and help new habits bed in. A tribe of fella's to offer support & friendships. Why me? Why you? I’m not offering theory from a textbook. I’ve lived it. I’ve battled my demons, hit rock bottom, and got sober. I’ve built and sold a business. I’ve become a husband, a dad, and—most importantly—I’ve learned to like the bloke I see in the mirror. The framework for this retreat is simple: The Basics. When you strip away the noise and get back to the basics, life gets clearer. The Details: Starts Friday 6th March, arrive from Noon, finishes Sunday 16th Nov by 3pm. Men only. Real talk. No bullshit. No booze. No sex, drugs or rock n roll either!! Space for 12 people, age 18+ Come with a warm vibe and an open mind, try new things and also give me feedback on it all. My plan is to make these retreats more and more frequent because men need this more than ever. So I invite you to embrace the initial discomfort in spending the weekend with me and some other strangers, and I'll bet you'll leave refreshed and have a new bunch of mates too.
