Service Description
From someone who has the lived experience of building a business from £0 sales to £4m annual sales, and then making it attractive enough to sell, this is a consultancy service aimed at business owners seeking to enhance their business growth and efficiency. Get personalised insights and strategies to tackle business challenges effectively. Maybe you want to build it and sell it, or maybe you just want it to stop feeling like a prison and start enjoying it a bit more. Whatever your goal, I can help you achieve it. We start with a deep dive into where you are now, your current business model and pain-points and your future goals - this is the Business MOT. We agree and commit to a date and time that works; for the first 3 months it's weekly 90-min sessions. After that we may move to every 2-weeks once we've got good progress evident and mapped out. Ideally, we work in-person, at your premises or at mine in Durham if you need to be away from your workplace. If you're not local to Durham, then we use Google Meet. This service requires 100% commitment - no Flakey McFlakes that think they know it all and say 'this won't work for me, my business is different'. You show up, you do the work, you try new things, you understand that "what got you here, won't get you there". You're signing up for an initial 3-month duration, at £2400, then we review progress and discuss the rolling quarterly contract terms/cost.
